Gaelic League Cultural Consortium
Gaelic League Cultural Consortium (GLCC), which serves as the programming arm of the Gaelic League of Detroit needed a new brand identity to celebrate its 100th anniversary. Located in Corktown, the mission of GLCC is to promote Irish culture: music, dance, language, and more. As part of a rebranding effort, a logo, color palette, Celtic inspired patterns, typographic system, social media posts, and printed materials were designed to reinvigorate GLCC.

Irish heritage is rich with symbolism including the three-pronged Triskeles, symbolizing earth, water, and fire to the Awen, symbolizing three points of light. Symbols appear in a series of patterns that can be used on digital and print materials.
The identity includes two logos—an emblem with the full Gaelic League Cultural Consortium name, and a simplified GLCC version for a flexible identify system.
